Terms of Service

Effective Date: January 1, 2023

By engaging ApexFlow Dynamics for logistics engineering, warehouse automation, or freight auditing services, the client agrees to the following operational parameters.

1. Service Delivery & Transit Models

All transit time reductions and efficiency gains modeled during the consultation phase are estimates based on historical data within the Midwest and Eastern Seaboard regions. Actual performance may vary due to force majeure events, municipal routing restrictions, or sudden localized tariff fluctuations.

2. Cold Chain Liability

While our systems maintain a 99.9% cold chain integrity rate, ApexFlow Dynamics' liability for perishable goods is limited to the terms defined in the specific Master Service Agreement (MSA) executed prior to freight deployment.
